On Saturday 25th April, a group of Birchfield children and their parents travelled to London with Miss Nur to take part in the Mini London Marathon.
The children showed tremendous enthusiasm, determination and resilience as they joined thousands of young runners from across the country in this exciting event. Running through the capital and soaking up the incredible atmosphere, the team proudly represented Birchfield and demonstrated our school values every step of the way.
The day was a fantastic opportunity for pupils and families to challenge themselves, celebrate healthy lifestyles and create lasting memories together. Everyone who took part should be extremely proud of their achievement.
A huge thank you to Miss Nur for organising the visit and supporting the children throughout the day, as well as to the parents who accompanied the group and helped make the experience such a success.
